My plan is to use HTPC (WMA ouput)--> USB DAC ---> my wadia DAC ---> AMP

No need to uninstall your sound blaster.
Since windows support multi sound devices, you can install both sound blaster and USB DAC together.
All you need is to switch the output device in control panel. |

Very interested in this little USB DAC. I have already installed my SB Audigy sound card. Can the sound card and the DAC work together withjout crash. That is can DAC work without uninstalling the soundcard. I intend to use the sound card for 5.1 movice and DAC for 2 channel audio.

and i hv shorted two end of the usb
so i cant detect the sound card |
