Acoustic Reality has established a support division in Hong Kong to customers living in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. Therefore it will soon be possible to pick up the products the same day you purchase in Hong Kong without waiting for the products to ship, since the the products soon will be in Hong Kong. Furthermore, it will reduce the shiping time to customers living in China and Taiwan too. Customers living in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan will be supported in Chinese and English. The products will still be sold to factory directly prices.
Some day Acoustic Reality may also establish support division's in Japan and South Korea, but not yet.
