The temperature of my class A amp is up to 80 degree C, and as I know
the max temperature of transistor is around 120~150 degree C.
So all I suggest to you is modified ventilation of your amp.

My monoblock power amp (modified class A) is also very hot and
sometimes my hand cannot bear for a few second. I believe it may
have around 50 degree. Luckily, my power amp has a function to
monitor the temperature. If excessive heat then it will turn off by
itself and go to stand-by mode. I believe provided your ventilation
(e.g. sufficient clearance) is good around the Amp, it should not be
a problem as the manufacturer already consider this issue.
