Go to PMS web site, from support> download >firmware , you can find the firmware (USB version) and the instruction.

The newest firmware is 1.14a release before 21-MAY but the release note still 1.13. Call the support hotline on 23-MAY, they said that the marketing department is updating.... but today 28-MAY still not updated. Their marketing department is really busy!!
