Although they said Grundig's 1080P = 960 x 1080. I've compared 720p, 1080i and 1080P many times and found that the 1080P mode produce best image.

Its 1080P also able to pass through component connection !

HK$280 is best buy .... especially when you are waiting for price reduction for other new players.

i bought it last week at MK Chung Yuen;really can upscale to 1080P to my LCD TV;sharper & more detail watching DVD comparing the JUST 280.00 cost;can read diff format of file & DVD+_R/RW;fully satisfied

I've bought one yesterday.

Same as bros said it showed 960 x 1080 on my Prima 37 LCD when set to 1080P. But it showed 1920x1080 when set to 1080i mode.

I don't know what's wrong??

yes, such 960 x 1080 @60Hz is 1080p.
HP has wobulation, similar tech to show 1080p.
