Pansonic DMR-EH57 selling $2,8xx, much cheaper than the same grade 160G Pioneer 550H, but do not need to find an old DVD player to get the $300 rebate.

PAL tuner is enough for HK.
but TW needs NTSC tuner.
Pio has both, so it's the best to me!

hi brother, i would like to know , what is the purpose of the ntsc tuner, is it only pal turner is ok or not? , if i want to use dvd recorder to connect the dell LCD 24" for watch dvd , tv, and nowtv.

which one is good for me .
1. Pioneer 450H or 550H
2. Pansonic DMR-EH57

is 80g is enough?

I like Pan more, Pan is very durable and very user friendly, though the market seems dominated by Pio.

Pioneer 唔係 Made In China 咩....我用緊o個部寫明 Made In China
但 Made In 邊度都好啦 , Pioneer 功能上比 Panasonic 細緻好多

thou I prefer MIJ, the Panny HK DVRs have no features I need like Pio has.......... so Pio is still the best choice to me.

先鋒650H 訂價HK4,700(-300), Made in --> Made in Shanghai. All Pioneer DVD Recorder since Year2004, all made in Shanghai. Why I Know ? I have been their factory for business.
