唔該幫幫忙, 我部905已經update哂, 但係最近發覺當音效係 DD Plus 個時, 就只會有怪聲, "D""D"打"打"咁, 之後我入去905 SEP UP 出番黎, 就會顯示係 LPCM 音效, 就出到聲, 請問有冇 CHING 知發生左咩問題?  |

Hi lemonstar hing, my original firmware was 1.05. After updating, the sound is brighter and wider and I can hear more details. In the past, I needed to turn the volume to -15 or -20 for watching dvd, now -25 to -30 is already loud enough. I would say 30% improvement after updating.
Onkyo provided the updating service free. I only paid $300 as transportation cost. They wrapped the machine nicely and put it into a box for transportation and made it done in 4 days. The service is fine. You only need to made a call to Onkyo and they will give you an appointment time right the way. If you bring the machine yourself, there is no charge at all. |

I think they don't have dedicated service centre in Macau but you can call this no(852) 2429 8148 for arrangement
BTW, why moved to Macau ar, Macau Gov outerperforms HK's indeed

905 直正日本造我覺得用料就算一樣, 但係日本料點都會好D !!!
好似電容咁, 同一隻牌子, 同一級數 , 日本生產既真係比國內既好少少 (我以前係 RUBXXCON 既業務員) |

How much audio improvement is there please?
Is the upgrade fee $350 from onkyo? & transportation pick up fee is $150?
