I noticed my MTV3000 was doing the same when the signal of the HD channels were poor. |

我係牆身天線直去MTV5000再直入電視，無經過任何其它野，係信號問題定部機問題？可唔可以換過部？部機開機無信號機率係超過50%，即係如果我預較錄影之後熄機有超過一半機會錄唔到！！！！！！！但我試過長開部機一日，所有預錄都能成功錄到！ 另外去射頻信號監視器都要8秒先出到，當部機話無信號既時候，我入射頻信號監視器係見有六十幾%，質量係100%，同有信號果時一樣。 |

Please try the followings:
1. If MagicTV is not the first device that takes your antenna RF signal, arrange it to be the first.
2. If MagicTV RF-loopout is connected to something else (e.g. TV set, i-Cable decoder, or another recorder), try disconnect it.
3. Alternatively, if MagicTV RF-loopout is not already connected to something else, try connect it to your TV set.
4. If you have multiple RF signal sources in your home, e.g. living room and bed room, try a different RF signal source.
If none of these helps, please call our hotline 2655-6768. |

我岩岩又試下部機，發覺真係多次在playback之後再睇返TV直播或一開部機頂盒係顯示沒有信號，要熄機再開先得，有時要開熄幾次先得，最大問題係較預錄都唔肯定錄到，呢個問題我覺得幾嚴重下，有無其他user有同樣問題？ |

發現了預約失販的原因了，係因為部機頂盒顯示沒有信號，發覺部機頂盒時常在睇完playback之後，轉返睇直播會顯示沒有信號 |
