Very pack small space with too much equipments and the color tone is a big mis-match.
Not sure if anyone want to stay there for over 10min.
Sorry about the harsh words but I do think for such a small space it's way too overloaded.

I dont know what there also have the HD DVD i-con on the front panel display of the 2500 ????
Is that mean 2500 can use the firmware to update to play the HD DVD in the future ??? |

i only use for 1400 and i feel 2500 is fast than 1400 bout 5-10 sec for loading disks.
i thank 2500 and bd 300 is two level of blu-ray player..  |

I agree with Superking that there is not much we can find from BD Live. I would rather use my laptop to find those contents like HD trailers.
However, using a big chunk of money to buy a good PQ BD player without ethernet connection, like 2500, 3800, or Marantz 8002? I am still reluctant on this 
With ethernet port, BD Live is one thing. The most important is the firmware upgrade. I had the hassle on taking my Onkyo 875 to Kwai Fong for firmware upgrade. Someone may say that downloading firmware and using USB/CD-ROM for firmware upgrade may be doable for those w/o ethernet port. But who can guarantee 
Like my Toshiba A35, Panasonic BD50, and PS3, I can do firmware upgrade anytime I want w/o assistance. |

Just for the sake of curiosity I tried yesterday BD Live on my PS3 with internet connection to see what it really was all about.
I tried a few BDs featuring BD Live. They are merely some interactive contents with some trailer downloads and previews, some quiz and other information about the movie.
These contents seem like more of value-added contents than anything I must have. For people like me, I can really do without and can do better just browsing Internets in my computer. Maybe later they will enrich the content further so it becomes a main feature of a BD. But judging by what I found today in BD Live it is really not a big deal. |

No matter VW40/VW50 and VW60, they also have horizontal lens shift. But can adjust a little bit. Also, u need to use the screws to release the lens and tune it. Not buy mechanical tuning. |

今次 Kendrew 的家訪，只有一個目的，就是他對大畫面的忠誠度令我佩服。
如有留意 Kendrew 的貼文，可以知道他為了在短距下將 Sony VW50 投到 80 吋，而效法一線發燒友兼影院專家 Li On 做法，加一個轉接鏡在 VW50 前。
不過，家訪後才知道，原來 Kendrew 在他影院所下的功夫還有很多，不如我們現在逐一看看吧。
