我是MTV3000的用家, 小弟有少少問題想請教- 小弟是預教了錄影節目, 當小弟回家打開電視看預教錄影的那高清台, 那時仍正在錄影, 我也想它繼續錄影, 唯在電視畫面不斷有訊息顯示, 內容大致是說 "完成預錄程序後會停留待機畫面" (唔好意思, 唔記得大清楚), 因為呢句訊息十分影響我觀看節目, 請問會否有改善的方法呢?

Hi Li On,
I'm using Onkyo 605. When I enable the "Bitsream" on MTV3000, the audio will have random "stutter" or 聲音"窒". I just found the new "Test" firmware and just upgrade my MTV3000. Will test it during this weekend and give you update next week. Thanks.

Please follow the steps in my reply to Higo's issue. The only difference is that, instead of Maxtor OneTouch software, you need Seagate FreeAgent Tools software to set your HDD sleep interval to Never in Windows.
Remember to power cycle your Magic TV 3000 using the power switch at the back. |

妳睇左個pdf未?有無跟足佢?有幾樣野妳要注意:
1)【每次】搬片入hdd記得將hdd內tv.db del先好插番落mtv3000度
2)【每次】有任何改動都要入【每一個.tv】將pdf內講既將第一行左邊數起第二組頭3對改做00
至於窒窒下問題我就唔知啦,我諗妳改動前有backup個底架嘛????其他牌子雞蛋盒係點我唔知,因為我只得mtv3000
我只係知mtv3000既錄影除左.ts之外.tv係生生相連架!所以一來條片要岩格式,二來.tv要改內容同d片d料夾,唔係妳都唔洗諗啦!
靜心咁慢慢試啦妳就會一邊試一邊有哩兩個公仔既感覺架啦  不過試到之後又真係好有成功感架 |

Any comment about the SPECIAL TEST firmware for the digital audio bitstream "stutter" problem? If you have random audio "stutter" problem using optical/coxial in bitstream On, using the old 1.0x firmware (BEFORE update to 2.0/2.01 firmware with recording function), please test the SPECIAL firmware and post feedback here. If you have other problem AFTER updated to 2.01 firmware, then this SPECIAL TEST should have NO effect on your setup.

Added: How to access (read/write) MTV3000 Formatted (EXT2 Format) USB harddrive in Windows PC? On the PC, please install a EXT2 driver for Windows, such as http://www.fs-driver.org/
Tomorrow (Friday), hopefully, We will try to release a firmware update for the MTV3000 with USB harddrive recording function, for user to have fun with recording over the weekend!  This firmware will have some software bugs and may not function 100% perfect. Please treat it as a "beta" release!  After we collect feedback from users, we will release a update version ASAP.
With the recording firmware, it can directly record to a FAT32 harddrive, or it can "format" a USB drive in EXT2 format up to 500G.
We suggest to use a USB harddrive with "auto Power On/Off" function. Some brand name USB harddrives we tested support the auto On/Off function, such as the Buffalo DriveStation, WD (Western Digital) My Book series, and Seagate FreeAgent series. If the USB harddrive support auto On/Off, then the USB harddrive should auto trun off when the MTV3000 finished recording and auto standby, and auto power on when the MTV3000 auto wake up when recording starts.
Generally we recommand a 3.5" USB harddrive with standalone power supply to use on the MTV3000. We also tested a few 2.5" USB harddrive size from 80G to 320G. Those 2.5" USB harddrives also work with the MTV3000 recording, with a "1 USB (harddrive) to 2 USB (MTV3000) cable" for the MTV3000 to supply enough power to the 2.5" USB harddrive. But we can NOT make sure all 2.5" harddrive can work on the MTV3000.
