我唸就唔會做video in，
首先，部MTV既作用係數碼廣播，
另外，video in 都要部機有得in 先得，
而且在機背睇唔到有預留位，所以機會都好微 |

試過, 按錄影掣 係冇反應的.
因為 mtv3000 根本就認唔到 Mybook 既存在, (Mybook正在睡眠狀態, 叫唔醒)
要 restart MTV3000 先可以再叫得醒 Mybook |

我用 hdd 跟機的 USB線, 冇試過其他 USB線, 但因為呢個情況不定時間唔中發生,
所以我都她難認定是否 USB線 問題 |

有個stupid問題： 請問如果電視訊號係經nowTV / cableTV盒既RF-out出，當中有埋nowTV/cableTV既台，mtv可唔可以錄埋now / cable既節目架? 我意思係非高清既訊號...

我就用 buffalo 500GB，無你既情況發生，standby 部MTV3000，harddisk就會熄燈，到開 MTV3000 先著返，

我自己用2.03beta又無咩大問題，係禽日打風，有時會出現無信號（我估係信號問題多過係部機問題）
不過都係出現過兩次無信號，之後都無咩事
註：不過聽好多Ching話經常出現無信號情況（2.01 或 2.03beta都係），
我唔加放大器都有咁既情況，加左放大器就絕少出現（除禽日打風出現兩次）
所以我見議大家加放大器

又有問題
我係 MTV3000 + WD My book HOME版 500G
用左幾日發現有個問題,
當 MTV3000 關了機(待機狀態), WD My book HOME版 同時也關了機(冇燈),
有時(間唔中) WD My book 會自己著返去佢自己的待機狀態(即閃下閃下),
好了, 當我開啟 MTV3000 時, 畫面會出現"發現 USB 硬碟",
但實際係冇連到 WD My book 的, 因個硬碟還在 待機狀態(即閃下閃下),
我要用搖控按 設定 > 重新啟動 MTV3000 ,
先可以真正換醒 WD My book, 進入正常狀態,
這情況試過幾次.
咁樣會好麻煩, 因為如果呢個情況唔好彩咁o岩發生在我預錄節目既時間,
MTV3000 連唔到 WD Mybook , 只有 MTV3000 自己行, 個硬碟還在待機狀態,
根本就錄唔到野.
唔知係 MTV3000 既 bug, 還是 WD My book 既問題?
其他用梗 WD My book 既朋友有這問題嗎?

前日更新完2.03 beta 後, 部mtv3000 出現了嚴重的接收問題. 原本未更新前 (2.01 beta 2) 接收舊四台 同埋 高清台都無問題. 不會定格. 但係一更新完後, 舊四台即刻變成 不停窒格 同話singal 太弱, 接收唔到. 而在接收高清台時, 有時會畫面停左, 但係聲音正常. 我曾經試過downgrade 番去2.01 beta2 版, 變番正常.
另外, 更希望下次更新可以做到在同一頻道下雙台錄影而又可以轉台. |

It's a known issue especically with channel 82 and 85(freq 586Mhz). If the signal is poor for minutes , MTV3k will reboot. I suggest you to try with a indoor antenna. If issue persists, report to OFTA. BTW,don't rely too much on the RF signal meter come with MTV3k. |

Added: How to access (read/write) MTV3000 Formatted (EXT2 Format) USB harddrive in Windows PC? On the PC, please install a EXT2 driver for Windows, such as http://www.fs-driver.org/
Tomorrow (Friday), hopefully, We will try to release a firmware update for the MTV3000 with USB harddrive recording function, for user to have fun with recording over the weekend!  This firmware will have some software bugs and may not function 100% perfect. Please treat it as a "beta" release! After we collect feedback from users, we will release a update version ASAP.
With the recording firmware, it can directly record to a FAT32 harddrive, or it can "format" a USB drive in EXT2 format up to 500G.
We suggest to use a USB harddrive with "auto Power On/Off" function. Some brand name USB harddrives we tested support the auto On/Off function, such as the Buffalo DriveStation, WD (Western Digital) My Book series, and Seagate FreeAgent series. If the USB harddrive support auto On/Off, then the USB harddrive should auto trun off when the MTV3000 finished recording and auto standby, and auto power on when the MTV3000 auto wake up when recording starts.
Generally we recommand a 3.5" USB harddrive with standalone power supply to use on the MTV3000. We also tested a few 2.5" USB harddrive size from 80G to 320G. Those 2.5" USB harddrives also work with the MTV3000 recording, with a "1 USB (harddrive) to 2 USB (MTV3000) cable" for the MTV3000 to supply enough power to the 2.5" USB harddrive. But we can NOT make sure all 2.5" harddrive can work on the MTV3000.
