The only way to combat piracy is to ban sale of blank disc!
But that is not possible.

There is no way to have pirate blu-ray, not now anyway because the blank blu-ray disce are too expensive.

Actually a lot of the blu-ray versions have been copied (dwongraded) to make DVD and they are selling the "blu-ray version" of DVD.

Do not confuse this with miniBD which can only play in BD player or PS3.
