Hi there,
One thing, I like the first one better for the color of the sky,
second one seems to have part of the sky overblown, esp the upper
right hand corner.
Do you want to capture a brighter foreground?
If you do and you have photoshop, you can try something like this:

Usually, you will need to use ND to capture both the foreground(the
building) and background (sky)

前兩日剛好見個天幾靚, 拍左幾張
丫,原來好少拍黃昏.....查實有乜要注意?
我只係用番D70個MATRIX 測光, 好似都幾好咁喎.
下圖係原相, 在NC 只對番D RGB的LEVEL, 再RESIZE
上圖就在CURVE度做多少少手腳
