用PS去改相係因為想達致心目中的影像，用PS，就等同以前用黑房技術，唔同
的，就只係全部可以在自己家中的電腦進行，我絕不反對各位用PS改相，因為
數碼影像本身會有好多Noise，唔改改真係唔靚，不過如果相片本身係靚和低
Noise的話，我多數會直接放上網而不作修改，因為我都幾係懶的，哈！^0^

其實攝影係一種創作,以完成心中所想構圖為目的,大師當然可以,但好似我這種
技術有限的低手想表達心中所想唯有靠PS後制,有何不可?傳統攝影只係局限左
創作空間(當然好多人覺得傳統攝影至係技術既表現),人要向前看(正如當年自
動對焦與手動對焦的爭拗,最後結果大家睇到啦),現在我正努力自學PS呢. |

個人並不反對作Photoshop 的加工，可是必定要在按下快門時就有這個想法；
否則還是不加工的好！  |

最重要是恰到好處..味精大多好看不耐看..吃得多會身體唔好

攝影精神?
To get a nice picture, to record some nice moment. And it doesn't
matter how you get there. Film, digital, real darkroom, digital
darkroom, Canon, Nikon, Leica.... DOESN'T matter. |

Sorry, what is 真正攝影精神 ?
I think people change perceptions, values and culture
when time passes by,.. a lot of people using film
camera are now at least " accep" DSLR as another choice
, SLR and DSLR are all catering photographer needs ,
Posttouch of photo or using PS for photo processing
, is to satisfy people who want more, .. who need to
work in studio, .... for commercial use, and for
entertainment, that makes the difference, otherwise
why Digital ?

I think Photoshop is a must for best photo output but lots of people
just over do it. I have seen lots of picture being over sharppened.
Better PS skill will NOT case 人工化 at all but just to bring out the
best. Pro level camera like 1D MkII is design to be soft and leave
the photog to do the job to have it sharpen to adjust to taste. I
wonder why lots of people dislike post processing! Its jsut the same
as film and dark room processing but you do it on the computer. When
shooting film, thsoe same people will say if you don't know dark room
processing, you don't know photography...... |

我好反對用 software 去改 photo. 少女面又改滑滑的, 景深又改...
加 brightness/contrast 都最好盡量少用,
這是和真正攝影精神有所不同囉.
我又不太喜歡照完後立刻用 LCD 看 result, 我會回到家中才看, 要信自己信自己的器
材嘛.. |

如果明'創作/改', 都無問題ar, 都係一種表達手法 jar
我大部份都只作retouch, 改相都係偶一為之, 因為有d相做d野會靚好多 |

"如果再改就較接近創作law" very agree! I normally shoot digital as
what I do with film, I don't use USM, motion blurr, etc. Only
matching color profiles and resize, at the most a little on brightness
and contrast, but not much. |

我覺得一般(數碼)黑房技術可以law, 以前大家影菲林, 晒相時間舖頭都會+/-
下 la, e d retouch 正常law, 影raw尤甚
如果再改就較接近創作law |

Here is a pic that I took with Sigma SD9, untouched in photoshop, only
adjusted in Sigma PhotoPro RAW converter, you can also look at other
portraits shot in my gallery, they are all untouched by photoshop,
only resize.

so what format do you use when developing 8R photos (RAW/TIFF/JPEG)?

The problem in giving you sample is because there is limitation in
the file size for photo posting here. So the quality of the photo
posted need to be greatly reduced and thus you may not get the actual
result of the photo produced by DC/DSLR. |

i seldom adjust the photo by photoshop (as i don't really know how
to ). So all the photos i printed for 蛋撻 is 直
出 except a little bit sharpening by photocap.
I will also print 8x12 for 蛋撻's photos which i am satisfied, the
result is very ok. |

有時見到 poster, ad 等等. 好多 Model 的臉都滑滑的. 大家心中有數.
當用 DSLR 時您會不會直出而不用 Photoshop 去修正呢 ?
大家可否 post 一下直出的照片 (D70. 300D, 20D etc) 給小弟參巧觀賞一下現時相機的質素 ?
另外, 有沒有朋友直出去曬8R, result 如何 ?
