I bought the D70 for the reasons below:
1) The exposure information are displayed in the viewfinder and on
the top of the camera body of D70.
2) Generally, the prices of second hand stuff of Nikon is lower than
that of Canon.
3) Generally, the condition of second hand Canon stuff were heavily
used (cosmetically).
4) Thirds party lenses cannot be used properly for newer version of
techniques produced by Canon.
5) The difference between D70 and D100 is little while the 300D
compare with 10D is obvious. Take the D70 seems higher C/P.
