Just noted that the GX10 uses Pentax KA2 mount but it did say that the Powered zoom are not supported. I think it means that the motorised zoom lenses such as 16-50/2.8, 50-135/2.8 and 60-250/4 are not supported for their motorised function. So, stick to the K10D would be a better choice, I already made 2 reservations for you at different stores and you are No.1 on both of their lists. |

bird hing, the rumour of konicaminolta engineers designing K10D may be true.
We all know that when the Leica R mount want to goto the world, they ask Minolta to design R3, Olympus is pioneer in digital camera design also, from E10,E20 , c2500L to E-1, E300 is a very good looking designing steps,
Also, we now know Tokina and Pentax got joint venture in designing 12-24/4 lens and some other lens.
Pentax is buying design for konicaminolta and buying clips from other suppliers for her K10d. am i correct?  |

The opportunities are right here.
I think the weaknesses to Pentax are the stability supply of lenses and if after sales service can satisfy customers' needs and wants.
It seems Pentax would have a long way to go for the services render by Nikon and Canon. I called Olympus for information of E-1 today, they answered politely and solved my mysteries on it.
As discussed with a senior this evening, we have heard some not proven information that the K10D is designed by KM engineers and it is the improved version of Dynax 7D. If so, Sony might have been betrayed. |

Now, K10D is going to be sold, How about K1D(suppost) with 12.8mega pixels and 1/8000 shutter speed?
