再重新看幾次 D 相都覺得 300 mm 的通透力及 5D 影像的震攝性真係無得 fight !!! Lens 仲係 99.9999 % 新 tim, Wa 呢次真係執到寶 lar !!!

However, I am so sad to hear that Canon is launching a series of lens of new mount for 1D system. If Canon succeed in it, our EF lenses will be faded out from the market like those FD lenses.  |

bird hing, this lens produces 3-dimensional image when combine with the 5D CCD and 5D processing engines, i may say it tops all aspects in saturation, sharpness, tone, smoothness.....etc.  |

Wa Wa Wa !!! 正到無倫 , 呢支 300 F4 (Oh another F4 series) 全部超越你以往任何一支 tele , 真係無話說 , 自己 D 口水係度流到收唔到 !!!
Sharpness, colours, contrast, 3D feel, all are second to none. 可能有好多網友以為我地係 Canon D 寫手 , 我不但唔係 , 相反我仲用左 Nikon 十幾年 tim , 但我對 Canon F4 series 鏡 + 5D 有勁爆信心 , 就算同 Leica , Nikon, Zeiss 大對決都完全未驚過 !!!
Overall conclusion : Very Very good lens and image quality !!!

May I take these two photos to thank Uncle Leung. He knew that I like the 300/4 L so much and changed his possession to mine, a 99.9999 percent new lens at unbelievable low price. Without which, I could not have taken the two my most faithfull photos of today.
I like the 300/4 on full frame like that I fond of the Minolta 200/2.8 APO on Dynax 7D before. The 300/4 L on 5D has slightly advantage over the Minolta gear because I could fully enjoy the original optical lens design without being spoiled by the crop factor.
Today, I took the photos with special care on spot metering, partial metering, one shot focusing, AI Servo focusing, AE lock and AF lock for different presentations.
Thanks again to Uncle Leung and standardlens Hing for your 300/4 L, 70-200/4 L and 200/2.8 L. I am now in the honey moon with Canon L lenses.
p.s. My friend told me that he was shocked by his newly bought 50/1.2 L which produces extremely different result than the 50/1.4. No doubt, some other friend(s) is/are buying it ........................

Tried it with the 5D. Terribly sorry that I could not find new places for testing in a hurry of this afternoon. Please discuss on the result rather than the repeated scenery.
