Hunter，谢谢连接，已经看了。是佳能的吧，不是尼康的小胖子。我也参考了其他介绍EF 200/F2 IS的文章。从照片来看，佳能的新镜SHARP，轻，有IS，但是相对218旧镜比，新镜焦外干、边缘有紫边，不油润。所以，无法下决心买此新镜。真希望佳能恢复生产200/F1.8。  |

14 years before do not have EOS 5D, 5D is D-SLR,
but EOS-5QD is film SLR, QD is mean date back,
you are right James, when 200 1.8 fit on 5QD,
the auto focus is slower then fit on EOS-1N,
so I bought another EOS-1NHS next year.  |

I finally got a shine between raining yesterday, and shot by using LFB
The focuing is very difficult due to I have to stay more than 20 meters far away from objective. The pants dark color plus black shoes also could not reflect detials in such a distance. I need to learn more for how to master this lens. |

Yes, the lens was mounted on F100 for photographic purpose. My D200 was lent to a respectable person for trial. He is considering it in between Canon 5D. Therefore, my trial of 35/2 MF AI with D200 was borrowed from Chiu Sheung Koon, a camera shop dealing with used camera mostly. As the 35/2 was an impulse buying, the shop lent to me the CF card too. |

Congratulations on your import of the two little cannons. They are good purchases. I have tried three lenses this afternoon, they are all Nikkors.
1) AF-S 300/2.8
2) AF 300/4
3) AI 105/2.8 micro
For 1) Physically, I cannot hold it for 5 photos, I must use it on a tripod.
For 2) Good lens, I want to let my good friend Uncle Leung for it because he has just bought a Fujifilm S5 Pro. He needs it more than I am because I am holding a AF-S version. I want to buy it for collection and use it on my future OM or Canon DSLR.
For 3) I took it home.
Hey, my new kid wants to say hello to uncles. 
Thanks to standardlens Hing for encouraging me to buy this lens.

Sunny, I started to collect 300/4 for both of N&C since about two months ago, as I was poisoned by birds' photos in http://avbuzz.com/bbs/photo/photo-thread-79428.html
Fortunately these two mini canons now sleep in my moistureproof cabinet at the moment. So, I will try a comparison test once having time.
Re D2Xs, I alomost grabbed it one week ago, but finally give up. As I am told the D3 or whatsoever will comes this year. For digital toys, the latest, the best. I would like to wait. |
